Subtyping
Subtype and stage are clarified with immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, cytogenetics/FISH/molecular tests, bone marrow aspiration/biopsy and PET-CT.
Board
All data are reviewed by the board; regimen, number of cycles, RT and transplant/CAR-T need are determined individually.
Treatment
Chemoimmunotherapy, targeted therapy, RT where selected, and transplant/CAR-T as needed; response monitored with interim PET-CT.
Follow-up
End-of-treatment PET-CT, MRD monitoring where applicable and scheduled surveillance; tele-oncology for remote patients.
