Information We Collect
When you submit a consultation, quote or appointment request through our website, we collect your name, contact details and any medical information you share; and when you use the site, limited technical data (browser type, visit information).
How We Use Information
Your information is used only to respond to your request, to plan appropriate care for you and to meet legal obligations. Your information is never sold to third parties for marketing.
Data Security
Your data is protected against unauthorized access with administrative and technical measures, and is accessed only by relevant, authorized staff to the extent required for the service.
Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and the relevant legislation prescribes; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
- Application records you submit through website forms, and the documents attached to them, are retained for 365 days and destroyed at the end of that period.
- Uploads left orphaned because the form was never submitted are destroyed within 24 hours.

Your Rights & Contact
