About diagnosis, treatment and recovery
Does fat injection add length or girth?
This method aims to add only circumference/girth, not length; a different discussion applies if length is the expectation.
Since my own fat is used, is there any foreign-material risk?
Because your own autologous tissue is used, no synthetic filler, silicone or implant is placed; tissue compatibility is high.
How much of the transferred fat is permanent and how much is reabsorbed?
Partial resorption of some fat in the first weeks-to-months is natural and expected; final volume shows once swelling settles.
Is one session enough, or is a touch-up session needed?
A single session may not reach the targeted girth; due to partial resorption, staged or touch-up sessions may be needed.
What is done if asymmetry, irregularity or lumps occur?
Mild asymmetry, irregularity or small firm spots may occur depending on fat distribution; these can be corrected with planned revision.
From which area is fat harvested and will the donor site scar?
Fat is taken from a donor area like the abdomen, flank or inner thigh, with temporary swelling and tenderness there; liposuction targets a smooth contour.
How does recovery progress and how long is the period of sexual abstinence?
Swelling and tenderness are expected at both sites early on; rest, hygiene and the advised abstinence period matter for fat take.
Does the procedure affect erectile function or sensation?
The procedure targets aesthetic girth only; if function or sensation is not your priority, assessment reflects this and any medical issue is addressed first.
What is the difference between fat injection and silicone/synthetic filler?
Fat injection uses your own tissue with no foreign material, while silicone/synthetic filler is a foreign material. The method follows your assessment.
How does the process and follow-up work for international patients?
The process begins with application and info sharing; visa, transfer, accommodation and interpreter support are provided, with remote follow-up after discharge.
