The process, step by step
1 · Before you travel (remotely)
You share your medical documents; our specialists review your file and send you a treatment plan with a written quote within 24 hours. Once the dates are set, your visa invitation letter and required paperwork are prepared.
- What to prepare: passport, copies of existing tests/reports, a list of medications you use.
- We do not recommend booking your flight before the treatment date is confirmed.
2 · Arrival and transfer
You are met at the airport and transferred to the hospital or your partner hotel. Hospital–hotel transport is provided throughout your treatment. Your medical interpreter is with you from the first consultation.
3 · Hospital, room and companion
For treatments requiring admission, standard and suite rooms with companion facilities are offered. Accommodation is arranged for your companion, and rooms where you can stay together in hospital are available.
4 · Recovery and length of stay
Your length of stay is planned according to your treatment and stated clearly in your quote. The return journey is not planned before your check-ups are complete; your flight is arranged together after the final check-up.
5 · Return and follow-up at home
After you return home, your check-ups continue via tele-medicine; upon request, your reports are shared with your own physician. Your coordinator stays in touch.
