About breast reduction
When you may not need it
If your breast volume is in proportion with your body and the main problem is sagging, a lift may be enough.
Reduction and lift
In both the nipple is moved up and the breast is reshaped. The difference is volume: a reduction also removes breast tissue.

What is done in the operation
First, the target volume and the nipple’s new position are planned to your body measurements.
Excess breast tissue and skin are removed, the remaining tissue is reshaped and the nipple is moved up.
If the nipple is large, its reduction can be added to the plan; any volume difference between the breasts is also corrected.
