About breast lift
When you may not need it
If there is no sagging and only volume has decreased, augmentation with an implant or fat may be enough. If the breasts are very large and a burden, a reduction is considered.
Lift alone and lift with an implant
Both correct sagging. The difference is volume: a lift alone reshapes the existing volume, a lift with an implant also increases it.

Which path suits you is decided at the examination from the degree of sagging, your current volume and your goal.
What is done in the operation
First, the degree of sagging and the nipple’s new position are measured. The incision is chosen according to the degree of sagging.
Excess skin is removed, the breast tissue is reshaped and the nipple is moved up.
If volume has also decreased, an implant can be added in the same operation; a large nipple can also be reduced.
