For thoracic cancers, treatment is chosen by whether the tumor is in the lung, the lining of the lung or the thymus gland in the middle of the chest, and by its stage and molecular features. The decision is made by our board, where a thoracic surgeon, a radiation oncologist, a medical oncologist, a pulmonologist and a radiologist review your case together.
