VISITORS AND ATTENDANT GUIDELINES
GENERAL VISITING RULES
Visiting hours at Doruk Healthcare Group are every day between 09:00 - 23:00. (Except Adult Intensive Care and Neonatal Intensive Care)
For the health of our patients, please do not bring flowers and food during your visits, keep your patient visit short.
Young children should not visit because of the risk of infection and the psychological adverse effects.
Please pay attention to not to be in the room during meal times and doctor's visit.
Use hand sanitizer in the room for hygiene when entering and exiting the patient room.
Do not make noise or speak loudly during your visit.
A small number of visitors are accepted for the health of patients.
During the visit, visitors are not allowed to sit on patient bed and use patient belongings.
VISITING RULES FOR ADULT INTENSIVE CARE AND NEWBORN INTENSIVE CARE UNITS
During the daytime working hours, our physicians are informing the 1st degree relatives of the patient.
The visiting hours for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit are 14: 00-14: 30 and 19: 00-19: 30.
The visiting hours of our Adult Intensive Care Unit are between 11:00 and 12:00.
There is no visitor acceptance in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.
Entry-Exit Rules - Hygiene: Please pay attention to hygiene rules during your visit.Wear the bones, masks, shoe covers (galosh) and the special clothing that is given by the medical professional of the department.Wash your hands according to the warnings of the health personnel during entering and exiting.
Medical devices of patients should not be touched.
Do not make noise, do not speak loudly and turn off your mobile phone during your patient visit.
The patient's contact information is in the patient's file. The medical staff will contact you, if needed.
COMPANION RULES
Companion should not perform any application for the patient (other than physician and nurse directives).
Accompanying people should be careful about using hospital belongings carefully.
In order to provide you with a peaceful environment, patients and their relatives; should not speak loudly in the patient room and service corridors, should not make noise. The televisions in patient rooms should be used without disturbing others; and must be closed during doctor visits and after 23:00.
Nurses should be informed in case of accompanying changes.
Accompanying person should not take the patients out of the hospital or change their beds, except the request of the attending physician or nurse.
Accompanying person should not use tobacco and alcoholic substances within the hospital.
Accompanying person should not bring or give food or drink to the patient without consulting the physician or nurse.
In the event of any problems, accompanying person should not intervenewith their patients without informing the medical staff.
Our companions should contact the Patient Rights Unit for their requests and suggestions.
